Corporate Compliance Statement

Employees must comply with agency governing body rules, regulations and policies and procedures.

ARC of Rockland has implemented a Corporate Compliance Program, which includes a Code of Ethics and Standards of Conduct applicable to all employees. Each employee is required to review and be trained on the Code of Ethics and Standards of Conduct and comply with the Corporate Compliance Program. ARC of Rockland will take disciplinary action against those who fail to report a suspected action of the Corporate Compliance Program, participate in noncompliant behavior, and/or encourage, direct, facilitate, or permit noncompliant behavior. Any employee who witnesses or learns about a violation or possible violation of agency or governing body rules, regulations or policies or procedures is required to immediately report this to his/her supervisor or the Agency's Corporate Compliance Officer at 845-267-2500, ext. 3144 or the Corporate Compliance Confidential Hotline at 845-267-3131.
