Franklin Square offers teens and young adults with developmental disabilities the opportunity to explore options for their future in a college campus-like setting. Our Staff is largely responsible for bringing and maintaining this type of atmosphere, thus greatly adding to our success.

Working for Franklin Square is more than just a job for our professional staff.

Our Staff's hard work makes a genuine difference in the lives of their students. With guidance from our board of directors, the Franklin Square staff work hand-in-hand with our many volunteer members to fulfill Franklin Square's mission.

"Our goal is to help people define their interests and provide them with the necessary skills to pursue those interests," says Dena Malarek who provides fitness instruction in Franklin Square’s well-equipped gym.
