1. Question: How do I become a patient at the clinic?
Answer:
To become a patient at the clinic simply call our office to schedule an appointment. if you would like us to be your new primary care practice, it would be helpful for you to request a copy of your medical records from your current primary care doctor, and mail or fax to our office at 845-267-2634. Your current doctor's office should be able to assist you with this
request.

Question: What primary care services do you provide?
Answer:
Our primary care services include well and sick visits, immunizations and injections, electrocardiograms, pulmonary function testing, audiometry and tympanometry, venipuncture and some lab testing.

Question: How soon can I get an appointment if I am sick?
Answer: Sick visits are usually available the same day you call. However,
please remember if you wake up not feeling well in the morning, please call the office right away to schedule an appointment. Please do not wait to feel better as this may result in calling too late in the day and requiring a next day appointment.

Question: Are walk-in's allowed?
Answer: Yes, although walk-in's will be accommodated when possible, an appointment is always preferred to allow the proper amount of time to be scheduled to best meet your needs.

5. Question: Are there any age limitations to qualify for services?
Answer: All services are available to adults ages 18 and over, with some exceptions. Psychiatric services are available to both children and adults.

6. Question: What insurance carriers does ARC HealthResources accept?
Answer. ARCHealth Resources accepts Medicaid, Medicare and many other insurance carriers.
