On behalf of our extended ARC of Rockland family, may I offer my sincere gratitude to all who joined us at ARC’s A Taste of Rockland at the Hilton Pearl River on September 14.

To the owners and chefs of the 44 participating restaurants and food and beverage establishments, your dedication to your profession and your enthusiasm for this annual ARC event have touched our hearts. We applaud the generosity of spirit with which you greeted each of our guests, and we hope you are aware of the countless words of praise uttered in testament to your delicious fare.

To the restaurateurs, to the more than 350 attendees, to the many who donated their time, talents and dollars, we are overwhelmed by your commitment to our just cause. We are honored by your willingness to stand firm on our behalf even during these difficult economic times. Thank you for helping ARC of Rockland create a lifetime of abilities for the people we support.
