Job Coach / AMAP

Under general supervision, is responsible for providing initial training and then intermittent monitoring of the developmentally disabled worker at a community job site until the consumer is able to work there on an independent basis.  This staff person needs to be flexible because the job entails varied work schedules and work environments.


Minimum Education:

High School Graduate or equivalency examination


Minimum Experience:

At least one year of working knowledge of the principles and techniques used in the supervision of the developmentally disabled at vocational or pre-vocational settings.
