Direct Support Professional *Up to $1000 Sign-on Bonus *

Direct Support Professional provide direct care to the individuals supported in our Residential program.

*Up to $1000 in sign-on bonuses available- Earn $500 after 6 months of full-time employment and an additional $500 after 9 months of full-time employment.

The responsibilities include:

• Coordinate, plan and implement programs
• Assist residents with daily living, including personal care, transportation, medication administration, and community outings
• Support the residents and help them achieve their goals

 What We Offer:

• Competitive pay: $16.00 per hour
• Morning, evening, overnight and weekend shifts
• Part-time and Full-time positions available.

• Full-time benefits starting at 30 hours per week

What We Require:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• New York State Driver’s License with a driving record that meets agency requirements
